- "I was there from 08/2019 until 02/2020. Severe depression and suicidal. I was in the East Unit. I was not expecting much and was totally shocked. Wonderful hospital. The care I received was beyond exceptional. I Loved The Recovery Mall and the gym. The grounds are Beautiful to take walks. Doctors and staff are Awesome. Much better care and experience then private hospital I have been in."

What a great place for support! I came here feeling overwhelmed and lost, but the staff quickly changed that. They are incredibly knowledgeable and really take the time to get to know each patient. The individualized care is something I truly appreciated. I found the daily sessions extremely helpful, especially the mindfulness classes. They taught me techniques I can use long after leaving. My only critique would be the lack of variety in the lunch menu; it would be nice to have more options to choose from. Overall, I am grateful for everything I learned here and feel much more equipped to handle life's challenges. If you’re in need of help, I highly recommend this facility!

This place has been a lifesaver for me! The staff is incredibly compassionate and dedicated. I was nervous going in, but the welcoming atmosphere really eased my anxiety. The counselors are very professional and attentive, making sure that everyone’s needs are met. The daily activities are engaging and really help to develop coping skills in a fun way. One small issue I encountered was the check-in process, which can be a bit slow at times, but it’s understandable given the number of people needing assistance. Overall, I feel like I’m on the right track, and I owe so much of my progress to the amazing team here. I can’t recommend it enough!

From my experience, the team at this facility is outstanding! They have a unique approach that really resonates with patients. I particularly loved the holistic therapies offered, such as art and music therapy, which provided a creative outlet for many of us struggling with our emotions. The nurses were always available and went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and supported. I appreciated the focus on individualized care; it felt like they genuinely wanted to understand each of our unique stories. However, I think that more outdoor activities could be beneficial, as it would provide a change of scenery and help us connect with nature. I left feeling more empowered, with tools to manage my mental health effectively. If you or someone you know is in need of support, don’t hesitate to reach out to this wonderful place!

I recently completed a stay here, and I must say, it was a transformative experience for me. Upon entering, I was struck by how the staff made it their mission to ensure every patient felt valued and heard. The group therapy sessions were particularly impactful, and I loved how we could share our experiences and learn from each other. I felt like I was part of a community rather than just a patient. The food was surprisingly good as well! They offered a variety of healthy options that catered to different dietary restrictions. One area that could use some improvement is the facility's technology; some of the resources available felt outdated and could benefit from an upgrade. Overall, I emerged feeling stronger and more self-aware, equipped with the skills to navigate my mental health journey. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who is searching for genuine support and understanding.

I had an incredible experience at this facility. The staff truly cares about the patients, and it shows in their interactions. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The therapists are exceptionally knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. I was particularly impressed by the group therapy sessions; they fostered a strong sense of community and connection among us. I left each day feeling a little lighter and more hopeful. My only minor suggestion would be to improve the waiting area; it could use a bit more calming decor to create a peaceful environment. But overall, I am so grateful for the help I received here. It's a place where you can find hope and healing, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking support in their mental health journey.
